MedVoyage
Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Who we are
MedVoyage is a medical-tourism facilitator. We help patients in the UAE compare and book all-inclusive medical-travel packages provided by partner clinics in Türkiye. We arrange the trip — flights, hotel, transfers, coordination. The clinic provides the medical treatment.
We are not a doctor, hospital, or insurance company. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
How a booking works
- You browse packages and submit a booking inquiry.
- A MedVoyage coordinator reviews your inquiry, requests any screening documents the clinic needs, and confirms availability.
- Once the clinic accepts you medically, we collect a non-refundable coordination deposit via Stripe to lock the booking. The cancellation policy below explains what happens if you cancel after this point.
- The balance is paid to the clinic on arrival, in cash or by card, following the clinic's own terms.
- You travel; the clinic provides the treatment; we coordinate hotel, transfers, and your trip schedule.
Medical responsibility
The Turkish clinic you book with is the licensed medical provider. They decide whether to accept you for treatment, what procedure is appropriate, and how to manage your recovery. They are responsible for the clinical outcome.
MedVoyage does not screen you medically. We pass the clinic's checklist to you and forward your responses and documents to the clinic. You must answer truthfully and disclose every relevant condition. We may refuse to forward a booking if the information provided is incomplete or appears inaccurate.
Procedures with a recognised elevated risk profile (including the Brazilian Butt Lift) are excluded from this platform.
Pricing and currency
Prices shown are in your local currency at the exchange rate captured when you create the booking. That rate is locked at booking creation for invoicing purposes; live exchange rates may differ.
Package prices include flights, hotel, transfers, coordinator support, and the medical-package amount stated on the package page. They do not include personal spending, optional tourism add-ons, or anything explicitly excluded on the package page.
VAT, where applicable, is shown as a separate line item on your invoice.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms — including the 48-hour cooling-off window and the refund tiers tied to how close to your procedure date you cancel — are set out in our cancellation policy. You should read it before paying any deposit.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information when you sign up, when you submit a booking, and when you respond to the clinic's screening questions.
- Make sure you have valid travel documents, vaccinations, and any entry permits required to enter Türkiye.
- Buy your own travel and complications insurance unless explicitly included in your chosen package.
- Follow the clinic's post-operative instructions. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by non-compliance with medical instructions.
Limits on our liability
We arrange and coordinate. We are not liable for outcomes of medical treatment, for clinic decisions, for travel disruptions outside our control, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provided. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the coordination fees you paid MedVoyage for the booking in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where UAE law does not permit it to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced by email to your account address. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
